Job summary

Linxon Sweden is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to support project managers and ensure compliance with the internal HSE Management System and local regulations. The role focuses on safeguarding people and the environment while delivering high-quality projects.

You will audit processes, drive HSE improvements, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to reinforce a strong safety culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in HSE roles
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Competent in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, Swedish HSE legislation

Responsibilities

• Report HSE incidents and investigate root causes.
• Provide feedback, lessons learned and best practices from across Linxon Sweden to management and employees.
• Report on progress and implementation of Sustainability objectives and KPIs.
• Implement policies and standards focusing on environment, health and safety and audit areas of responsibility.
• Facilitate HSE risk assessments with project and line management including subcontractors.
• Drive behavioural change through performance improvement programs locally.
