Job summary

Enersense Oyj is seeking an HSE Supervisor for a large-scale industrial project in Boden, Northern Sweden. The supervisor will ensure site safety and support the HSE Manager, creating necessary HSE plans and compliance systems. Candidates should have relevant education and experience, as well as good knowledge of HSE legislation.

The position requires a driving license and readiness to travel. English is mandatory, while Finnish and Swedish are advantageous. The project duration is until May 2027, with a work rotation of 4 weeks on-site followed by 2 weeks off.

Qualifications

• Suitable education for the position and similar work experience.
• Previous work experience in supervisory positions in industrial projects.
• Ability to conduct dynamic risk assessments.
• Good knowledge of HSE legislation.
• Good IT skills.
• Driving license and readiness to travel.
• Good communication skills in English; Finnish and Swedish considered advantageous.
