Job summary

Worley is seeking an HSE Manager to provide strategic and operational HSE leadership across major projects and construction activities. You will support project teams in implementing Worley's HSE framework, client requirements and regulatory obligations while promoting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in HSE or related discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Swedish and English for customer communication.
• Several years' HSE experience on major projects, EPC, construction or heavy industry.
• Experience as Project HSE Manager or Senior HSE Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.

As HSE Manager, you will provide strategic and operational Health, Safety and Environmental leadership across major projects and construction activities. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in Swedish and English to customers.
• Several years' relevant HSE experience within major projects, EPC, construction or heavy industry.
• Previous experience as a Project HSE Manager, HSE Lead or Senior HSE Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
• A proven ability to influence stakeholders and implement HSE standards at a senior level.
• Experience working on major projects within Europe is advantageous.
