Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd in Skellefteå, Sweden, is seeking an EHS Advisor to support a major hyperscale data centre project. You will promote a proactive safety culture and ensure environmental, health and safety compliance across site.

Based in northern Sweden, you will work with project management, site teams and subcontractors to deliver safe operations throughout the lifecycle. A competitive overseas package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Environmental Health & Safety or related discipline.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent qualification desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety policies across all project phases.
• Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance and identify risks.
• Assist RAMS preparation and review.
• Monitor subcontractor activities for safety compliance.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and safety sessions.
• Maintain EHS documentation and attend safety meetings.
• Provide guidance on health, safety and environmental best practices.
