Job summary

LeoVegas Group is looking for an execution-focused Senior Project Manager to join our Technical Program Management Office (TPMO) and drive critical product and technical initiatives across product, engineering and commercial domains.

You will translate corporate strategy into delivery frameworks, manage concurrent workstreams, apply agile practices, and mentor junior PMs to scale our internal delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience leading complex initiatives.
• Hands-on execution experience in agile software engineering environments.
• Ability to prioritize and triage tasks under compressed launch timelines.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to link project goals to company objectives and strategy.
• Drive continuous process improvements across PM templates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of parallel, large-scope initiatives and manage priorities.
• Lead cross-functional orchestration with senior stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Oversee SDLC/PDLC and keep engineering velocity optimized.
• Identify risks and dependencies; implement mitigations before go-live.
• Author concise, data-driven status updates and roadmaps for steering groups.
• Mentor and onboard junior PMs into TPMO ways of working.

ABOUT THE ROLE

LeoVegas Group is looking for an execution-focused Senior Project Manager to join our Technical Program Management Office (TPMO) to drive critical product and technical initiatives within Product & Technology. You will translate corporate strategy into structured delivery frameworks, managing concurrent technical workstreams, ensuring delivery metrics align with business goals, and establishing operational clarity across product, engineering, and commercial domains.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Concurrent Project Delivery: Own the end-to-end execution of parallel, large-scope initiatives such as entering a new market or integrating an acquired business. Manage concurrent timelines and dynamically decide which initiatives take priority at different points in time.

• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead and align senior stakeholders and engineering teams not under direct command in the line organization. Serve as a primary driver to ensure cross-functional teams achieve the overall strategic goals of the company.

• SDLC & Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC): Oversee product delivery workstreams from initiation to post-launch validation, applying your expertise in agile software development to keep engineering velocity optimized.

• Proactive Risk & Dependency Management: Demonstrate exceptional and proactive risk management skills. Actively identify technical dependencies and operational blockers, executing mitigation strategies before they impact go-live windows.

• Executive Status & Reporting: Leverage superior documentation and presentation skills to author concise, data-driven status updates, delivery frameworks, and roadmap presentations tailored for steering groups and senior visibility.

• Mentorship & Onboarding: Support and mentor more junior project managers, owning their structured onboarding into TPMO ways of working to scale internal delivery capabilities.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

The essentials skills you bring to the team:

• B2C Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on project management experience leading complex initiatives, ideally within a Tech, FinTech, or iGaming environment.

• Technical Frameworks: Advanced skills in project planning, scoping, and business case development, with hands‑on execution experience in agile software engineering environments.

• Prioritization & Triage: The ability to work well under pressure, rigorously prioritizing and triaging tasks and deliverables during compressed launch timelines.

• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide complex and senior stakeholders to rational and logical conclusions.

• Commercial Alignment: Ability to link project goals directly to overall company objectives, metrics, and strategy.

• Process Optimization: A continuous drive to improve the overall performance and efficiency of project management processes and templates across the team.

Nice to have:

• Regulated Markets Context: Familiarity and functional interest in the competitive landscape, industry developments, and compliance requirements within regulated gaming jurisdictions.

• Tooling & Workflow Customization: Experience configuring and optimizing Jira/Confluence structures to automate tracking, eliminate manual status reporting, and create clear documentation blueprints.

• Third-Party Delivery Management: Experience managing delivery timelines and dependencies with external B2B partners, platform providers, or third-party technical vendors.

• Platform Migration & M&A Integration: Previous exposure to platform migrations, legacy system deprecation, or the technical integration of acquired businesses.

• Certifications: Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or APM qualifications.
