Qualifications

• Proven experience in grid integration, grid connection engineering, or power systems engineering within renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of Nordic grid codes, TSO/DSO connection processes, and grid compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating with TSOs, DSOs, EPCs, OEMs, and technical consultants.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical subject matter expert on grid connection, grid codes, compliance.
• Lead technical discussions and coordination with TSOs and DSOs regarding grid connections.
• Develop and maintain standard grid connection architectures for solar, BESS, and energy hub projects.
