Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems or a related discipline.
• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in grid connections, power systems or electrical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish grid connection processes and interface with operators.
• Solid understanding of medium- and high-voltage systems, substations and grid compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with network operators and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess grid capacity and connection options for wind, solar, storage and data centers.
• Lead grid connection applications, capacity requests and studies with operators.
• Develop and optimise grid connection strategies including points and voltages.
• Review electrical studies and specifications with consultants and vendors.
• Act as main grid interface with operators, consultants and internal teams.
