Job summary

Lumene Group in Stockholm, Sweden, seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner to partner with the commercial teams across Scandinavia, driving profitability and financial performance. You will forecast, report, analyze, and develop business cases for strategic initiatives.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, influence pricing, trade spend, and promotions, and translate data into actionable insights, ensuring robust financial planning and decision making.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, or consultancy, ideally within FMCG.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience working closely with decision makers.
• Proven ability to turn data analysis into actionable insights.
• Finance acumen and proficiency in financial modelling and tools.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (verbal and written).
• Experience with trade spend management and promotional strategy evaluation is a plus.

We are now looking for a commercially driven Senior Finance Business Partner to join our exciting journey within circular beauty and support our Scandinavian team. You will play a key role in driving profitable growth, managing our financial performance, and delivering insights that fuel strategic decisions across all our brands.

This role is based in our office in Stockholm, located next to Hötorget.

The role

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the commercial team, focusing on driving growth and profitability across our Scandinavian operations. Your responsibilities will include managing local financial performance through activities such as forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will play a key role in evaluating pricing strategies, promotions, and trade investments to ensure optimized business decisions. Additionally, you will lead the development of business cases for commercial initiatives and continuously improve financial tools, processes, and reporting to support better decision-making. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.

What we believe you have
