Job description

Puig is a major player in the worldwide fashion and beauty industry. We have a wide portfolio of well‑known luxury brands across fashion, fragrance, makeup, skincare, and wellness. Founded more than 100 years ago, Puig is a family‑owned company with a long‑term commitment to our brands and stakeholders.

The Opportunity

As Finance Manager Nordics, you will take on a key strategic role at the heart of the Nordic organization, acting as a trusted business partner to senior leadership and playing a central role in shaping sustainable growth and value creation. You will work closely with the Nordic General Manager and leadership team (CODIR), contributing to and actively influencing key business decisions through financial insight, challenge and perspective.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of building and further developing a relatively new affiliate, where your impact will go beyond traditional finance. You will help shape ways of working, strengthen financial discipline, and support the organization in balancing growth ambitions with profitability. This role is not only about safeguarding financial performance, but also about enabling the business—helping teams make better decisions, driving accountability, and contributing to a strong and sustainable foundation for the future.

What you’ll get to do

Act as a strategic finance partner to the Nordic General Manager and leadership team, supporting and constructively challenging decisions to drive sustainable performance.

Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes, ensuring strong alignment with business strategy.

Actively steer the Nordic P&L, identifying risks and opportunities and translating them into clear actions and recommendations.

Drive strong cost governance and financial discipline across the organization, ensuring transparency and ownership.

Collaborate closely with Commercial, Retail and Marketing teams on pricing, investments and performance optimisation.

Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support decision‑making at all levels.

Ensure high‑quality financial reporting, compliance and internal controls in line with group and local requirements.

Partner with regional and global finance teams, as well as shared service centres, to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

Contribute to building efficient processes, improving ways of working and supporting the continued evolution of the finance function.

We’d love to meet you if you have
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent.
  • A strong background in finance, with experience in business partnering, FP&A or controlling in a dynamic, multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • A solid understanding of P&L dynamics and key value drivers, with the ability to connect financial performance to business decisions.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership, with the confidence to challenge and influence in a constructive and credible way.
  • A strategic mindset combined with strong execution – you can move between big picture and details with ease.
  • A combination of strong financial expertise and business acumen, together with leadership, curiosity and a genuine willingness to contribute to building and developing a growing affiliate.
  • An agile and adaptable mindset, with the ability to navigate change and evolve with the business.
  • A collaborative and solution‑oriented approach, with the ability to build trust across teams and functions.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complex topics into clear and relevant business messages.
  • A high level of ownership, integrity and a drive to continuously improve.

We welcome Creators Of All Kinds. If you are unsure of meeting all the requirements but trust you have the transferable skills to excel in this role, complete the application and our teams will get in touch if you are selected for an interview.

A few things you’ll love about us
  • An entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture.
  • A range of learning and development opportunities.
  • An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow.
  • A competitive compensation & benefits package.
