Job Description

• You will drive UX and UI design work from early exploration to more defined concepts.
• You will lead and contribute to workshops and discovery sessions to clarify needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• You will work closely with engineers to align design intent with implementation.
• You will use tools such as Miro, Figma, and Teams in your day‑to‑day collaboration.
• You will support simple automation processes through Co‑Pilot agents where relevant.
• You will help move conversations forward in settings with senior stakeholders and challenging dialogue.

Requirements

• Solid experience in UX and UI design.

• Hands‑on experience with Miro, Figma, and Teams.
