Job summary

CyberInstincts seeks senior network and security consultants to work across banking, industry, automotive and telecom clients. You may handle operational network management, incident handling, or security architecture in critical infrastructure, with current emphasis on Cisco and HPE Aruba environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise network operations.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise switching and routing.
• Hands-on firewall/VPN administration.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (preferably ServiceNow) and ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to working in an operational, business-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Configuration, operation and troubleshooting of enterprise switching, routing and wireless infrastructure
• Managing WAN/SD-WAN environments
• Administering network access and security platforms (e.g. Cisco ISE, Prime, DNAC, or equivalent)
• Firewall and VPN administration and troubleshooting
• Incident, problem and change management following ITIL, using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Collaborating with internal IT teams and telecom providers to resolve network issues within agreed SLAs
