Job summary

Cyber Instincts AB in Lund, Sweden seeks an experienced network operations specialist for a long-term on-site assignment in Lund. You will manage a large-scale enterprise network spanning Cisco and HPE Aruba, ensuring stability, security and SLA adherence in a 24x7 environment.

Role focuses on hands-on configuration, monitoring, and coordination with IT teams and telecom providers. Start as soon as possible; on-site in Lund with 40h/week duties and a pre-assignment drug test.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on enterprise network operations experience.
• Strong command of Cisco switching/routing, including STP and VTP.
• Experience with HPE Aruba and Aruba SD-WAN is a plus.
• Hands-on Cisco Nexus experience and wireless infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of enterprise-scale Cisco and HPE Aruba networks.
• Configuring and maintaining HPE Aruba environments, including SD-WAN.
• Managing Cisco Nexus infrastructure and wireless networks (APs/controllers).
• Working with Cisco ISE, Prime, and DNAC for management and security.
• Drive incidents to resolution within SLA using ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Liaise with telecom providers on WAN/connectivity issues.
• Contribute to proactive failure detection and planned maintenance.
