NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Employee Central Consultant to lead international SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, from design to deployment. You will translate business needs into scalable HR solutions and mentor junior consultants within an inclusive, collaborative environment.

Fluency in English is required; additional Scandinavian languages are a plus. You may be based in any Nordic country with travel to client sites and local offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience leading large, international, complex implementations with ownership from design to deployment.
• Fluent in English; Scandinavian languages a plus; willingness to travel.
