Job summary

Maandag Nordic in Kronoberg, Sweden, seeks an experienced Senior Electrical Power Engineer to support electrical power and power transmission projects. The role combines hands-on design with technical responsibility, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and applicable standards.

Qualifications

University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in electrical power engineering and system/facility design.
Experience with EPLAN and AutoCAD.
Solid experience with 2D CAD and Excel.
Good knowledge of codes, regulations and standards in the electrical industry.
Practical experience in the electrical power industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Electrical design and engineering of low- and medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, protection relays, and control equipment, plus alarm and monitoring systems.
Prepare construction and installation documentation based on input from the Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with technical requirements, regulations, codes and standards.
Provide technical support to project management and production.
Participation in testing and commissioning is an advantage.
Prepare as-built documentation following project delivery.
