Job summary

BD is seeking a senior technical expert to join a growing Nordic regional support team for BD COR molecular diagnostic systems across Nordics and wider EMEA. The role focuses on escalation, advanced troubleshooting, and customer-centric service delivery, with extensive travel to customer sites and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in electronics, automation, electromechanics, software, physics, or a related technical field.
• Experience supporting complex diagnostic instruments, laboratory automation systems, or other sophisticated electromechanical platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently investigate and implement software or hardware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical escalation expert for complex BD COR instrument, software, workflow, and connectivity challenges.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues remotely and onsite to support high instrument availability and customer continuity.
• Deliver technical training and coaching to Field Service Engineers, technical specialists, and support teams across EMEA.
