Job summary

techstaff-in is seeking an experienced Databricks consultant to design and implement enterprise Databricks platforms for Swedish-speaking clients. The role focuses on security, governance, and Unity Catalog, as well as Azure infrastructure, networking, and IaC with Terraform.

You will drive CI/CD and automated deployments via Azure DevOps, support production issues, and collaborate directly with client stakeholders and technical teams on complex, long-term engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong production experience with Azure Databricks.
• Platform-level knowledge beyond pipelines and notebooks.
• Hands-on security, governance and infrastructure experience.
• Terraform, CI/CD and DevOps knowledge.
• Experience delivering within large organisations.
• The ability to work confidently with Swedish-speaking clients.

This opportunity is for an experienced Databricks consultant who wants more than a single short-term assignment.

Our client is a growing Data and AI consultancy delivering large-scale Databricks implementations. They are open to working with the right B2B consultant, but the intention is to build a trusted, long-term relationship across current and future projects.

The work will focus on:

Designing and implementing enterprise Databricks platforms

Security, access controls and governance using Unity Catalog

Azure infrastructure, networking and platform environments

Infrastructure as code using Terraform

CI/CD and automated deployments through Azure DevOps

Supporting production issues and platform improvements

Working directly with client stakeholders and technical teams

You should have:
