Job summary

Seco in Sweden is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions. You will own the analytics landscape from data ingestion to reporting, delivering Databricks pipelines, star-schema models and compelling Power BI dashboards.

You will work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure data quality, security and performance while promoting reuse and standardization.

Qualifications

End-to-end analytics solution delivery across data, modelling and reporting.
Proven experience with Databricks and Power BI.
Expertise in Kimball-based star schemas, DAX and report development.
Hands-on data pipelines with Python, notebooks and SQL.
Strong understanding of Medallion architecture and scalable data design.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
Experience with Tabular Editor 3, including advanced measure design.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
Design, develop and maintain Databricks pipelines and transformations.
Build scalable Power BI models using star schema design and Kimball methodologies.
Develop clear Power BI reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
Maintain data quality, integrity, security and performance throughout the analytics lifecycle.
Promote standardization, reusability and continuous improvement across analytics solutions.
