As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of a small, embedded, AI-native analytics team that partners directly with the business domains driving impact.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Partner closely with the CPO and product teams to define success metrics, identify growth opportunities, and guide product strategy through data-driven insights.
• Built and implemented measurement frameworks for new product experiences, including instrumentation, KPI development, and leading-indicator tracking.
• Conduct end-to-end analytics, from descriptive analysis to experimentation and causal inference, to evaluate product performance and inform decision-making.
• Identify data gaps and established scalable measurement infrastructure, enabling teams to self-serve analytics and monitor long-term business impact.
• Be embedded within cross-functional product teams to support the company's transition from a music-library product to a broader creative-workflow platform.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• High agency and a proven track record of driving decisions through tailored communication and data storytelling
• Technical versatility across SQL, Python, dbt/BigQuery, and Hex, with fluency in AI coding tools, including contributing to a product codebase

It would also be music to our ears if you have

• Data engineering and data modelling expertise
• Experience in PLG and workflow/SaaS environments
• A track record of defining metrics for new 01 product surfaces
