Job summary

Accenture PLC in Sweden seeks an experienced Industrial and OT Cybersecurity expert to grow our practice. You will identify security gaps, develop strategies, and advise clients on security solutions for production environments.

You will shape our offering, build client relationships, and support sales activities while leading capability development and talent coaching across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent plus at least seven years of experience in process and automation technology and/or cybersecurity.
• Experience in industrial engineering and operational technology preferred.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

What to expect

In this role, you will play a key part in growing Accenture's Industrial and OT Cybersecurity practice in Sweden while helping clients secure the digitalization of their control systems and production processes.

As an Industrial and OT cybersecurity expert, you will cover relevant subject areas such as integrated governance and risk management, cloud and IIoT security, threat detection and response, network security, and vulnerability and patch management.

As a senior member of our Cybersecurity practice, you will help shape and expand our Industrial and OT Cybersecurity offering in Sweden by developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales activities, and contributing to the development of our OT cybersecurity capabilities and talent.

Working closely with clients and colleagues across Accenture's global OT cybersecurity network, you will bring industry insights and innovative solutions to help organizations address evolving cybersecurity challenges in industrial environments.

In client meetings and workshops, you leverage your consultative selling skills to act as a trusted advisor and support clients on their cybersecurity transformation journeys.

What we're looking forward to

• Degree or equivalent plus at least seven years of experience in process and automation technology and/or cybersecurity, ideally combined with a background in industrial engineering and operational technology.

• Broad expertise in domains relevant to Industrial and OT cybersecurity, including integrated governance and risk management, cloud and IIoT security, threat detection and response, network security, vulnerability and patch management, as well as familiarity with industry frameworks, standards, and regulations.

• Strong business acumen with a blend of commercial, sales, and technical skills, a consultative mindset, and a proven track record of building trusted customer relationships.

• Experience in leading initiatives, developing capabilities, attracting cybersecurity talent, and coaching colleagues in a matrix organization.

• Cross-functional and innovative team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

• Willingness to travel as required.
