Job summary

Zurich is seeking a Senior Cyber & Tech PI Underwriter to shape and grow our Nordic Cyber & Tech PI portfolio from Stockholm or Copenhagen. This role combines deep technical underwriting with strong commercial judgment, building trusted partnerships with customers, brokers and colleagues across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cyber and/or Tech PI underwriter or broker with a strong network and a track record of profitable growth.
• Deep understanding of Cyber and/or Tech PI exposures, controls, insurance wording and current market trends.
• Strong technical underwriting expertise with a commitment to risk quality and governance.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L drivers and portfolio performance.
• Experience across different market cycles with adaptable trading strategies.
• Excellent English (C2); Nordic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute our Cyber & Tech PI underwriting plan with focus on technical risk selection, pricing discipline and portfolio optimization.
• Mentor colleagues and collaborate with management to develop underwriting strategy.
• Work closely with customers, brokers and internal stakeholders including Claims, Actuarial and Portfolio Management.
