Job summary

HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH Tyskland Sverige Filial in Sweden seeks a Contract Manager / Senior Contract Engineer to lead contract strategy on the OL31 Project in Vagnhärad.

You will oversee contractual requirements, risk management, and compliance with client, subcontractor, and supplier agreements, including evaluation of tenders, variations, and change orders while guiding project teams through procurement and claims processes.

Qualifications

• Seven years minimum in contract/commercial management within large infrastructure projects.
• Experience with contract forms (e.g., Design & Build, EPC) and Swedish regulations.
• Strong negotiation and risk management skills.
• Experience in claims management and change management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractual requirements and lifecycle management for OL31 project.
• Review and interpret contractual obligations, rights and risks.
• Monitor compliance and project milestones; manage amendments and change orders.
• Support claims preparation, counterclaims, and dispute resolution processes.
• Maintain contract records and collaborate with procurement, legal and operations.
