Job summary

HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH Sverige Filial is seeking an experienced Quality Officer to join the OL31 railway project in Vagnhärad, Sweden. You will support the quality management system and ensure compliance with contract requirements and standards.

The role involves coordinating with construction teams, subcontractors and the client to drive continuous improvement and accurate documentation across the project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management processes.
• Experience with audits, inspections, and quality documentation.
• Ability to review technical documentation and verify compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the project's Quality Management System.
• Monitor compliance with quality requirements and standards.
• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and site surveillance.
• Review ITPs, method statements and quality documentation.
• Assist in managing non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards and project quality records.
• Maintain and archive quality documentation.
