Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional clinical projects in Sweden. You will coordinate Clinical, Data Management, and Regulatory teams to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

As part of the CDS team, you will maintain strong sponsor relationships and drive risk management, resource planning, and business development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similar.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management (ideally within clinical research / CRO environment).
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (e.g., ICH-GCP).
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Financial and budget management experience.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met.
• Manage cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, etc.)
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Monitor project performance, including financials and profitability
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Allocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managers
• Report progress and escalate issues where needed
• Support business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses
• Mentor junior Project Managers when required
