What You'll Do

• Design, build, and scale backend systems (Python, FastAPI, Django)
• Work across distributed systems, task queues (Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Celery, Temporal), and containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Implement feature flags, observability, and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry)
• Ship features quickly and iteratively alongside a small, collaborative team
• Help shape engineering standards, deployment pipelines, and product direction
• Contribute to (or lead) AI and data features — LLMs, enrichment, scoring — if that’s your thing
