What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-powered features, enrichment pipelines, lead scoring, LLM-driven workflows, and intelligent agents
• Work with large datasets to improve data quality, coverage, and accuracy at scale
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs for real-world B2B use cases
• Collaborate closely with backend and product to ship AI features fast and iteratively
• Help define how AI fits into the Leedflow product, this is a blank canvas role
• Contribute to data pipelines, vector search, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or ML systems in production
• Strong Python skills and comfort working with LLMs, embeddings, and AI frameworks
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL, or large-scale data processing
• Curiosity-driven mindset, you experiment, iterate, and learn fast
• Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments with minimal structure
• Bonus: experience with RAG, vector databases, agents, or B2B data enrichment
