Job summary

Justera Group in Sweden is seeking an experienced Software Verification Engineer to join an automotive software verification team focused on functional validation of complete vehicle electrical systems prior to software releases.

You will collaborate with global engineering teams, execute verification activities, develop test methods, and support issue resolution at the vehicle integration level to ensure quality and reliability across next-generation vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive embedded systems integration and software verification.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle integration and functional testing.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Valid Swedish driving license.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional verification and integration testing of complete vehicle electrical systems.
• Conduct directed and exploratory testing, analyze results, and troubleshoot software issues.
• Develop, maintain, and improve verification test methods and procedures.
• Configure, update, and maintain vehicle test environments and test vehicles.
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to resolve vehicle-level integration issues.
• Support software release validation ensuring system functionality and quality standards.
• Coordinate with distributed international engineering teams.
