Job summary

Deploja seeks a skilled Android consultant to join our consulting practice. You will work with clients or internal projects, bringing 5+ years of Android development, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern architectures to life.

You will contribute to production apps, optimize performance and lifecycle management, and participate in release workflows. Kotlin Multiplatform experience is a plus, and you’ll thrive in a collaborative, client-facing environment that defines Deploja.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Kotlin
  • Jetpack Compose
  • Modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)
• Experience maintaining and evolving production applications with active users.
• Solid understanding of:
  • Android lifecycle management
  • Application stability and performance optimization
  • Mobile release and deployment processes
• Practical experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).

Meritorious

• Experience integrating advertising SDKs (e.g. Xandr).
• Experience with analytics and consent management platforms.
• Experience migrating large-scale Android applications from XML to Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic coding workflows.
