TRATON Financial Services is seeking a senior Compliance Officer – AML and Sanctions to join the compliance function at the head office. The role focuses on second-line advisory, risk assessment, and governance across TFS and related TRATON entities in a multinational setting.

You will operate from Stockholm/Södertälje with flexible, hybrid arrangements and travel as needed to support Scania and other group units. A Master’s degree and 7–10+ years in regulated environments are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 7–10+ years in regulated financial services environments.
• Deep knowledge of EU/Swedish AML and sanctions regimes and related risk controls.
• Ability to translate regulatory developments into practical requirements and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line AML/CTF and sanctions advisory and oversight across the org.
• Conduct risk assessments, monitoring, and remediation of incidents and issues.
• Develop and maintain AML and sanctions frameworks, policies, and guidance.
• Prepare reporting and forward-looking advisories for governance forums.
• Engage stakeholders, deliver training, and collaborate across TRATON Group entities.
