Job summary

TRATON Group seeks an Information Risk and Compliance Officer to conduct internal audits, assess regulatory risks, and develop compliance policies in liaison with regulators. You will ensure compliance with external frameworks within acceptable risk and cost parameters.

You will collaborate with teams across the organization to drive incident response, governance, and secure product development in the automotive sector. English proficiency is required; Swedish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management position (e.g., Product Manager, Product Owner or Team Lead) is required.
• Hands-on cybersecurity, information security or physical security experience is required.
• A structured, communicative working style balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Ability to align stakeholders around a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Experience from the automotive industry is preferred.
• Fluency in English is necessary; Swedish is a bonus.
• Security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GIAC or similar are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PO to drive communication with internal and external stakeholders and improve processes.
• Outline responsibilities, contribute to strategies and growth of capabilities and functions.
• Support day-to-day monitoring and incident response operations.
• Evaluate usage and impact of features to guide future developments.
