Job summary

TRATON Finance International AB is seeking an AML & sanctions coordinator to join the Governance, Risk & Compliance team and support growth across the Middle East, Central Asia, and West Africa. Based in Södertälje, Sweden, you will help ensure compliance with AML, sanctions and related regulatory requirements across multiple markets.

This role involves collaborating with colleagues across different countries, contributing to robust compliance processes, and supporting audits and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in AML, EU sanctions or compliance.
• Hands-on experience with EU regulations and compliance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AML and sanctions activities across markets.
• Perform AML, sanctions and customer due diligence reviews and identify risks.
• Investigate compliance alerts and inquiries and provide guidance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement new requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, credit, legal and risk functions.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and coordinating responses.
• Develop and improve AML and sanctions governance and controls.
