Job summary

Proxify in Stockholm is seeking a senior technical and consultative professional to lead pre-sales with prospective clients, understand their business challenges, and identify AI opportunities where agents and automation create real value.

You will own the journey from discovery to solution design, estimation, and proposal delivery, hand over to FDEs for implementation, and stay involved for key technical or commercial decisions, helping scale our AI solutions practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications and AI agents.
• Excellent ability to lead conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Experience translating business problems into technical solutions, scopes, estimates, and proposals.
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of data environments and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales and discovery.
• Identify AI opportunities and determine when AI or conventional software is appropriate.
• Design high-level architectures and assess integrations, feasibility, and security.
• Scope and estimate projects with clear deliverables and requirements.
• Support winning deals with proposals and technical objections.
• Enable successful delivery by handing over to Forward Deployed AI Engineers.
• Contribute to repeatable approaches and best practices as we scale AI solutions.
