Qualifications

• 2-6 years of related Scrum Master experience.
• Proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and problem solving.

• Ability to drive continuous improvement and influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Owner in backlog management and guide priorities and scope.
• Promote and embody an agile mindset and values.
• Create a trusted, safe environment for open problem-solving.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the team.
• Coach the team and Product Owner in Agile practices, focusing on self-organization.
• Remove impediments and educate the organization through training and workshops.
• Share agile knowledge and experience with the team.
• Encourage collaboration among Scrum Teams and manage process efficiency.
