Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Gothenburg seeks an experienced ADAS Function Owner & System Design Engineer Specialist to own end-user functions across variants and regulatory standards.

You will lead system and logical design, ensure functional safety and cybersecurity, collaborate with cross-functional agile teams, and mentor team members while aligning with product managers to break capabilities into actionable features.

Qualifications

• Experience owning End-User Functions across variants and regulations.
• Ability to lead system and logical design with focus on safety and cybersecurity.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional agile teams in an automotive context.

Responsibilities

• As Function Owner: Define and manage End-User Function Requirements for all variants, use cases, and applicable standards and regulations.
• As Function Owner: Plan and lead quality, functional safety, and cybersecurity assurance activities for EUFs.
• As Function Owner: Define system and logical design, ensuring end-to-end delivery from requirements through development to verification and customer release.
• As a Team & System Specialist: Design electrical and electronic systems by defining system purpose, component interfaces, and system behaviors.
• As a Team & System Specialist: Drive concept investigations, evaluate design alternatives, and secure quality and readiness prior to release.
• As a Team & System Specialist: Collaborate in an agile set-up (PI planning), actively contributing to team backlogs and cross-functional deliverables.
• As a Team & System Specialist: Support Product Managers in clarifying capabilities and breaking them down into actionable features and enablers.
• As a Team & System Specialist: Mentor and coach team members, bringing cutting-edge thinking and domain expertise to the network.
