Description of the assignment
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused EU Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving product adoption, collecting customer feedback, and shaping the future of our Advanced Driver Assistance Systems(ADAS) product roadmap.
In this role, you will play a critical part in driving user acceptance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing product requirements to ensure our ADAS features meet customer expectations through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Identify feature gaps and performance limitations through real-world vehicle testing; translate findings into clear requirements, KPIs, and continuous improvement actions.
- Define customer-relevant ADAS use cases and structure real-world driving scenarios, with strong focus on EU regulations, infrastructure, and driving behavior.
- Plan and conduct customer interviews and field studies to understand user needs, expectations, and pain points; synthesize insights into actionable feature inputs.
- Perform market research and competitive benchmarking to identify differentiation opportunities and feature improvement areas.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to define test scope, methods, and acceptance criteria, and to assess validation results.
- Act as the interface between stakeholders by clarifying requirements, managing handovers, and ensuring shared understanding of feature intent and priorities.
- Monitor ADAS technology trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to inform feature evolution and roadmap decisions.
- Combine customer feedback, interview insights, and usage data from customer-facing teams into structured product recommendations.
- Support cross-functional ADAS roadmap planning with engineering, design, and marketing based on customer value, feature maturity, and validation status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of ADAS technologies and the competitive landscape.
- Experience in feature development and requirement management
- Experience with vehicle testing, data analysis, and KPI definition for feature performance evaluation.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset with focus on user value and experience.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in the automotive or technology industry.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; able to act as an interface between engineering, QA, product, and customer‑facing teams.
- Living in EU for the last 10 years.
- Valid Driving license for vehicles (B) in EU
