Job summary

Jobtailor in Sweden seeks an experienced accountant to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and manage day-to-day accounting and reconciliations.

You will ensure reporting compliance with external and internal requirements, drive accounting projects, and take primary responsibility for VAT and tax processes across two geographic entities, all while collaborating in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 3 years of accounting or audit experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative, dynamic work environment with varied responsibilities.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Experience from banking, financial services, insurance, or large organizations is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and Agresso experience desirable.

Requirements

• Hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in accounting or audit
• Strong analytical skills and enjoy working in a deadline-driven environment
• Enjoy collaborating with others and working in a dynamic environment with varied responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Previous experience from banking, financial services, insurance, or a larger organization is considered an advantage
• Strong skills in Excel and experience working with Agresso are desirable
