We're looking for a Senior 3D Environment Artist to join our project Witchspire and help create high quality environments and assets for our games. You'll own environment work from blockout through to final implementation, creating everything from 3D models and materials to textures and set dressing.
You'll work closely with Art, Game Design, Level Design, Technical Art, Programming and Production to make sure environments not only look great, but also support gameplay and meet the technical requirements of an open world game.
This is a hands on role for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively, and cares about both the big picture and the tiny details. You'll also have the opportunity to support other Environment Artists, share feedback, and help improve the workflows and best practices we use across the team.
This is an in house position, and candidates must be able to work on site in Stockholm, Sweden.
The position is initially offered as a fixed term contract until January 2027, with the possibility of an extension.
If you want to have a real impact on the worlds and environments of a game, this is an opportunity to do exactly that.
You'll work closely with artists, designers, programmers and other developers in a collaborative game studio where Environment Art plays an important role in shaping both the visual identity and player experience.
If creating beautiful, functional game environments, solving interesting production challenges, and working with a team that cares about the craft sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
