Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in semiconductor devices or optoelectronic devices.
• Experience with numerical modeling and simulation of semiconductor or optoelectronic devices.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Model and simulate advanced semiconductor optoelectronic devices, including quantum-well lasers and modulators.
• Develop numerical models to support device design optimization and performance prediction.
• Design dedicated test structures to extract critical material and device parameters.
• Define and develop test methods and characterization strategies for device verification.
• Analyze experimental results and feed findings back into the design process for continuous optimization.
• Contribute to next-generation device development.
