Job summary

Avance Consulting is seeking experienced consultants for agile leadership roles in Sweden. The position requires a strong background as a Scrum Master and Agile coach, with proven change management experience and the ability to facilitate workshops and trainings.

Candidates should have a recognized academic degree or equivalent experience and be able to work through their own company or as a self-employed consultant during the assignment period. Security clearance SUA2 is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in agile work in the role of Scrum Master.
• At least 3 years of documented experience in the role of Agile coach.
• Strong understanding of agile working methods and experience in coaching and developing agile teams.
• Managed at least three change management projects or assignments.
• Documented experience with agile working methods and frameworks, preferably supported by certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or SAFe.
• Experience with Jira/similar systems for managing user stories, epics, etc.
• Documented experience in facilitating workshops and trainings.
• Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
