Job summary

CoolPeople Technology is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to lead and coach across a Mobility Tribe in a large enterprise. You’ll mentor Scrum Masters and teams, improve delivery flow from idea to production, and partner with leadership to remove bottlenecks and drive change.

You will operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, helping to break down large initiatives into value-driven increments while navigating multi-squad dependencies with Swedish and English fluency.

• Experience coaching both Agile teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coach Scrum Masters and teams to improve delivery flow from idea to production.

Job description

I am looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join a large-scale Agile environment within a Mobility Tribe and Agile Center of Excellence. You will coach teams and Scrum Masters, improve delivery flow from idea to production, and help break down large initiatives into smaller, value-driven increments. At the organizational level, you will work with leadership to identify systemic issues, improve dependencies, and drive real change. I expect strong enterprise Agile experience, excellent stakeholder management, and fluency in Swedish and English.
