Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Lead to oversee and optimise workforce planning and scheduling operations. This role is critical in ensuring effective resource allocation, operational efficiency, and service delivery, while leading a team and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end scheduling function, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across projects/operations.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term schedules aligned with business requirements and demand forecasts.
• Prioritise workloads based on business needs, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of schedulers/planners to deliver high performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (operations, project teams, HR, and senior leadership) to ensure scheduling aligns with organisational goals.
• Monitor performance metrics (utilisation, productivity, service levels) and implement improvements.
• Identify scheduling risks or conflicts and proactively resolve them.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, labour regulations, and contractual requirements.
