Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with trucks, truck systems and training development.
• Experience with electrical systems in trucks.
• Strong English writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to structure and simplify technical information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructor-led training courses and online learning for a global audience.
• Translate complex technical content into clear, structured and engaging learning material.
• Act as a trainer in a train-the-trainer setup and support local trainers.
• Deliver training mainly at the Training Centre in Gothenburg, with opportunities to teach at other Volvo locations around the world.
• Work closely with Technical Training and the global trainer network.
