Job summary

Cognizant in Sweden is seeking a SCADA Specialist for ADMS Series 6. The role focuses on configuring and supporting SCADA capabilities to monitor and control critical grid infrastructure, collaborating with utility stakeholders and engineers across Europe.

You will work within our Energy & Utilities Technology team, contributing to major ADMS Series 6 deployments and ensuring reliable network visibility, fault detection, and secure operations in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with SCADA, ADMS, OT environments.
Experience configuring SCADA displays, alarms, telemetry, or monitoring systems.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
Experience supporting system testing, production support, and issue resolution.
Knowledge of OT environments and system integrations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with utility stakeholders, operators, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with utility stakeholders to translate requirements into SCADA configurations.
Configure and maintain SCADA displays, alarms, telemetry, and control logic in ADMS Series 6.
Support solution implementation, platform upgrades, and enhancements.
Create and maintain configuration baselines, documentation, and procedures.
Develop FAT/SAT test plans and support validation activities.
Perform root cause analysis on telemetry, communications, device integration, and performance issues.
Provide advanced technical support to control room operators and field personnel.
Coordinate with cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure teams for secure operations.
Work with OEMs and engineers on defect investigations and improvements.
