Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ADMS/SCADA platform engineering and delivery.
• Strong understanding of distribution network modeling and power flow analysis.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with utility stakeholders and partners.
• Experience working in a hybrid, cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate ADMS network models for power flow, fault location, and restoration across complex networks.
• Translate operational requirements into detailed SCADA/ADMS designs and configurations.
• Design, implement, and optimize ADMS solutions, including platform upgrades and new deployments.
• Draft, coordinate, and execute FAT and SAT plans for new features and upgrades.
• Perform root cause analysis on SCADA/ADMS incidents and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with data/analytics teams to expose ADMS data for reporting and compliance needs.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure connectivity and compliance.
• Provide advanced technical support to control room operators and field personnel.
• Collaborate with software vendors and internal teams on defect tracking and roadmap alignment.
