Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP consulting, architecture, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven leadership delivering multiple SAP S/4HANA programmes.
• Deep knowledge of SAP architecture, infra, and operations.
• Experience with SAP Cloud technologies and modern integration.
• Nordic language skills preferred (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture for SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.

TRG SAP is looking for a Senior Technical Architect to play a key role in some of the region's most strategic SAP S/4HANA and Cloud transformation programmes.

Working with multinational customers across manufacturing, retail, life sciences, energy, utilities, and consumer industries, you will lead the design and governance of complex SAP landscapes while helping organisations modernise their ERP platforms and cloud operating models.

This is an opportunity to influence enterprise architecture decisions, engage directly with C-level stakeholders, and lead technical delivery across large-scale transformation programmes throughout Sweden and the wider Nordic market.

The Role

As a Senior Technical Architect, you will act as the technical authority across SAP transformation initiatives, providing architectural leadership from pre-sales and solution design through to implementation and go-live. You will collaborate closely with business architects, programme directors, SAP functional leads, cloud teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and future-proof SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Define target-state SAP landscapes, integration strategies, and cloud architectures.
• Architect and govern SAP deployments across public, private, and sovereign cloud environments.
• Provide technical leadership across SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud ALM, and adjacent cloud technologies.
• Guide customers through SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration strategies and roadmap planning.
• Lead architecture workshops with senior customer stakeholders and business leaders.
• Define non-functional requirements including security, resilience, scalability, and performance.
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Support bid teams and sales engagements through solution design, estimations, and executive presentations.
• Mentor technical consultants and emerging architecture talent within the practice.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years within SAP consulting, architecture, or enterprise transformation environments.
• Proven experience delivering multiple SAP S/4HANA programmes as a Technical Architect or Lead Architect.
• Deep knowledge of SAP architecture, infrastructure, and technical operations.
• Strong experience across SAP Cloud technologies and modern integration landscapes.
• Expertise in one or more of: SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Basis, Security & Authorisations, Cloud ALM, Fiori
• SAP Clean Core and cloud adoption experience.
• Experience with SAP Data & Analytics platforms.
• SAP certifications across technology, architecture, cloud, or S/4HANA domains.
• Nordic language skills (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).
