Quest Global is hiring for a role focusing on SAP SD within S/4HANA, leading process design and validation across global rollouts. You will drive workshops, ensure alignment with business needs, and define critical test scenarios to ensure system readiness.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, cross-functional collaboration experience, and a track record of successful template-based implementations.

Formación

• SAP S/4HANA experience with SAP SD across global rollouts.
• Proven test management experience (SIT, UAT, defect handling).
• Experience with transformation, harmonization, or system implementation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with template-based implementations.

Responsabilidades

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role during the transformation

• Act as process expert and Advanced Key User within relevant service process areas
• Apply domain knowledge to support process design and validation
• Actively participate in workshops to define and clarify business requirements
• Ensure processes reflect real operational usage and service scenarios
• Contribute to definition of relevant business scenarios and use cases
• Define and validate test scenarios (ITC, UAT), ensuring business relevance
• Collaborate with related areas such as planning, execution, billing, and reporting
• Support alignment between system functionality and business expectations
• Secure and support the use of processes within the assigned process area
• Act as main point of contact for business users
• Provide advanced user support and act as 2nd-level support
• Guide and support business users and local key users in daily operations
• Drive and support continuous improvements and change requests
• Support system releases, testing, and process adaptations
• Ensure effective communication between business users and support organizations

• Act as both contributor during the program and future owner of the process area
• Build knowledge and ownership through active participation
• Work closely with business stakeholders and related capabilities
• Communicate clearly and raise issues proactively
• Contribute to structured planning, follow-up, and alignment

REQUIRMENTS TO PERFORM THE JOB DUTIES

• SAP SD experience in S/4HANA
• Proven test management experience (SIT, UAT, defect handling)
• Experience from global template-based rollouts
• Good knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and template-based implementations.
• Experience from transformation, harmonization, or system implementation initiatives.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a global environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

• Salary range: our budget for this role is between SEK 400,000 - 600,000 gross per year
