YOU WILL

As SAP Manager P2M Solutions you will play a key role in bridging business needs with the SAP modules PP-PI and QM and taking part in our upcoming S/4HANA implementation. You'll be part of the FUCHS Lubricants Sweden organisation and report to our IT Director Nordics. You work mainly for our EMEA SAP team, spread across Europe.

Your main responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Responsibility for projects and support for SAP modules PP-PI and QM.
• Technical consultancy and managing other resources needed for the current project.
• Configuration, customization and adjusting for changing needs in production and quality management as well as developing concepts and templates for standardized processes.
• Acting as a key contact for production and quality key users.
• Rolling out SAP templates across subsidiaries in the EMEA region.
• Supporting process design and optimization within the S/4HANA implementation.
• Improving MRP setup and processes.
• Collaborating with external consultants and developers.
• Training key users and creating process documentation.
• Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to shared knowledge and best practice in the EMEA SAP team.

This is a full-time position at our Nordic HQ - Södermalm, Stockholm. You'll work in a hybrid setup and some travel will be required in the EMEA region, especially initially. Much work will be done locally with contact through digital collaboration tools.

We believe you bring

• At least some years of experience customizing SAP PP-PI modules, and QM is a plus. High level of technical understanding and hands-on configuration skills.
• A good understanding of functional requirements and an ability to translate into technical requirements for developers.
• Knowledge of Material Master data and a broader understanding of how SAP modules interact.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
