Job summary

Billerud is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager and Workstream Lead to drive a cross-functional stream within the SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program. You will lead a team of employees and external consultants, balancing business needs with SAP capabilities.

Responsibilities include coordinating workshops, managing risks and dependencies, and delivering sustainable processes and value. Frequent travel to Solna office; Swedish work permit required; English fluency needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, CS, Engineering or Business Administration.
• Extensive experience as Project Manager in large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP capabilities.
• Experience in Commercial and Supply Chain areas and related SAP modules.
• Experience managing budgets, financial follow-up and resource planning.
• Previous formal leadership experience is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Swedish work permit is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional workstream within the SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program.
• Drive delivery of activities, milestones, and deliverables per scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations with Global Process Owner and PMO.
• Prepare and facilitate requirements, design, and solution workshops.
• Ensure key decisions are prepared and driven to closure.
• Contribute to sustainable SAP-enabled business processes and related systems.
