Job summary

Billerud Finland Oy is seeking an SAP Test Lead to drive testing across our SAP landscape and support the S/4HANA journey. You will collaborate with process leads, SMEs, function consultants and developers to ensure high-quality deliveries.

You will lead test strategy, planning and governance, coordinate activities across modules and teams, and continuously improve testing practices to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• Several years SAP testing, QA, or test management experience.
• ISTQB or similar certification is beneficial.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and testing methodologies.
• Experience with agile delivery is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and timelines.
• Lead testing across SAP modules, integrated systems and teams.
• Drive test execution: Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression, Cutover.
• Manage defect processes from documentation to resolution.
• Monitor progress and report risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and governance.
