Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA Programme Leader to drive end-to-end transformations for global clients in the Nordic region. You will own delivery from planning through design, build, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare, coordinating diverse teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will manage stakeholders from project teams to C-suite, demonstrate strong communication, and lead risk mitigation across multi-country programmes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience leading ERP transformations as a project or programme manager.
• Delivery across the full SAP S/4HANA lifecycle, ideally on global multi-country programmes.
• Strong understanding of both implementation and post-go-live activities.
• Experience with waterfall, hybrid and agile delivery approaches.
• Comfortable managing stakeholders from project teams to C-suite with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Programme leadership in complex enterprise environments, from consulting or client side.
• Senior ownership of complex, global S/4HANA programmes.
• Open on module area and industry—delivery track record matters most.

The organisation

We are working with one of the large global consultancies, hiring into its Nordic SAP practice. They deliver large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations for enterprise clients across multiple industries, working alongside client leadership, technology vendors and global delivery teams.

The role

A senior position leading global, end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations. You’d own delivery from planning through design, build, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare - and be the person clients and internal teams look to when a complex programme has to stay on track.

Day to day, you will:

• Lead the planning and delivery of global S/4HANA programmes for enterprise clients
• Develop and secure project timelines, resource needs and project financials
• Coordinate cross-functional teams - functional leads, developers, data migration, integration specialists, change and communications - with clear ownership of activities
• Manage stakeholders across client seniority levels and vendor partners, reporting status, risks and mitigations to steering committees
• Lead risk and issue management, driving timely escalation to keep delivery on track
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to growing the practice

This is a delivery-owning role rather than an advisory one - you’d be accountable for programmes landing, not just for the plan.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years’ experience, including leading ERP transformations as a project or programme manager
• Proven delivery across the full SAP S/4HANA lifecycle, ideally on global, multi-country programmes
• Strong understanding of both implementation and post-go-live activities
• Experience with waterfall, hybrid and agile delivery approaches, adapting methods to client needs
• Comfortable managing stakeholders from project teams through to C-suite, with strong communication and presentation skills
• Programme leadership experience in complex enterprise environments, from either the consulting or client side
• Fluent English and Swedish
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certifications are a plus
• Senior ownership of complex, global S/4HANA programmes
