Job summary

Infosys Sweden is seeking a dynamic Program Manager – AMS to lead end-to-end SAP service delivery for enterprise clients. You will manage large-scale AMS programs, ensuring SLAs are met and driving continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Role focuses on staffing, performance management, and client relationships, delivering high-quality IT services while aligning with business needs in a fast-paced, global SAP environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive SDM experience in SAP AMS/S4HANA/ECC.
• Experience in people management and leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage services in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of SLA/OLA and contracts.
• SAP ERP functional/technical knowledge.
• SAP S4HANA, ITIL, PMP certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end SAP AMS service delivery.
• Coordinate staffing, commercials, and availability with delivery heads to optimize delivery.
• Ensure SLA and KPI adherence and maintain service quality.
• Manage day-to-day operations for system reliability and issue resolution with technical teams.
• Serve as the primary client contact for SAP AMS services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings to strengthen client partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements to optimize client operations.
• Recommend and implement best practices to improve delivery, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Monitor and guide team performance with clear metrics.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager – AMS to lead and oversee end-to-end application support and service delivery for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale AMS programs, ensuring SLAs are met, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services. Job Description

• Relevant Service Delivery experience in Managed Services for SAP systems (S4HANA and/or ECC) functional and/or subject matter expertise can supplement for years of direct SDM experience
• Experience in a people management role, leadership
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong acumen to understand the business needs and ability to manage services in a very dynamic environment
• Knowledge and experience with SLA’s, OLA’s, and Contracts in insourced or outsourced environments.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP, functional and/or technical SAP application knowledge.
• Knowledge of industry trends, their impact on business strategies, and SAP’s strategy and service portfolio.
• Ideally have SAP S4HANA, IT Service Management, Project Management certifications
• Knowledge and experience with Agile and Lean process methodology preferred

Responsibilities

• As the one face to the customer, you will take along various service lines, giving guidance to the relevant delivery heads on the staffing needs, commercials, availabilities and the interests of the service lines even as you try to build synergies amongst them to craft efficient, lean and quality solutions for your customers.
• Oversee the delivery of SAP AMS, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Maintain service quality and availability in adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day operations for system reliability and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP AMS services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular performance reviews and feedback collection.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings to strengthen client partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements to optimize client business operations.
• Recommend and implement best practices to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and manage team performance, providing guidance and implementing performance metrics.

Preferred

• ITIL certification or experience in ITIL-based service management.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager or other service management tools.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform).
